Good helpful service & knowledge from Mark in Rockhampton. Ended up saving a few bucks with my final rug selection of a "Love Modern Square abstract Blue Sapphire rug" as well. Blonde girl was nice also.

I fell in love with one of the rugs and Natasha was so patient with my husband and I 5 visits to the shop to decide to buy the rug. She knew her product, and was delightful; professional and fun.

Thomas from the Maroochydore store was very polite and helpful - bought 2 large rugs, one was in stock and one arrived 3 days later. Very happy with the service and quality of the rugs, they look terrific. I would recommend this business - ask for Thomas!

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating in assisting me to choose a rug. They were also very knowledgeable about the rugs, how they were made and the region they came from. It was very helpful being able to try the rug in my home first before purchase. We love the rug we chose it, is a beautiful addition to our home.

We purchased several rugs at the Morayfield store and explained upfront that the third one was one we were unsure of. We also advised that we were unable to collect for several months and that we did not know if our circumstances would change. Being pressured to buy on the day in order to lock in the sale price and that the change of mind policy would ensure that we could downgrade the rug if necessary, we purchased. Our circumstances changed. When I called to get a refund for the rug we -never even collected- I was told they couldn’t do refunds there but that I needed to contact head office and explain the situation so they could put it through. I just got off the phone with the Cyrus rugs so called ‘manager’ at head office. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and very unpleasant to deal with. He initially wouldn’t even accept feedback that his employees had neglected to provide me with accurate information and insisted I had made assumptions. He belittled me and disrespected me. Even when I asked him if we could choose a cheaper rug and get a partial refund there was zero tolerance for me even asking the question. I will never again do business with such a dishonest, rude and badly run brand.

I purchased a fax cow hide rug in black and white the assistant helped me find a nice patterned one and was very helpful in every way
