Formal FSCA Complaint against Vault Markets Regarding Unfair Trading Practices and Poor Support

Below is a copy of the complaint at the FSCA: ----- I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my experience with Vault Markets on February 7, 2025. During my use of your platform, I encountered significant issues that have caused financial losses and frustration. 1. Inability to Close Profitable Positions: While testing their services, I was unable to close my positions when they were in profit. This restriction is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the fairness and functionality of Vault Markets trading platform. 2. Forced Closure of Positions at a Loss: Eventually, all my positions were forcibly closed when they were in a loss. This action appears to be highly unethical and detrimental to my trading experience. 3. Poor Customer Support: I contacted their support team via your website chat and WhatsApp, and I was repeatedly instructed to send an email. I complied and provided clear evidence, including screenshots of the positions that were closed at a loss. However, their team responded by requesting a video of the incident, which is impossible to provide after the fact. This response feels dismissive and unhelpful. 4. Lack of Resolution: Despite withdrawing all my funds from the platform, the losses remain unresolved. Vault Markets has stopped responding to my emails, leaving me without any recourse or explanation. 5. Their phone number does not work. I’ve tried calling them several times. I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and a resolution that addresses the financial losses I incurred due to the platform's limitations and unfair practices. They need to provide a detailed explanation of why I was unable to close my positions and why they were forcibly closed at a loss. Vault Markets have failed to address this issue thus I am forced to escalate this matter further to the FSCA who is the relevant regulatory authority and sharing my experience publicly. I look forward to you assisting me in a resolution. -----

I'm very disappointed

I'm seriously very disappointed with vault markets Service. I made a deposit on the 30th January 2025 until now my funds havn't reflected on my wallet/dashboard. Been calling them texting them on whatsapp and via emails nothing has change since. It's a pity that I cannot post the screenshot I'm very disappointed and drained with Vault Markets. My fear is that they gonna loose loyal clients like me

5 stars only because of the service i received from Evelyn.

Well at first vault markets sent me from from one consultant to another and that happened for hours where I'll state my issue to one consultant just to get connected to a new consultant without a single response from the first one and it was really frustrating because i had to state my case to about 4 different consultant without them ever taking the matter further. The last consultant "Evelyn" really helped me from start to finish without making me wait. I rate her service and professionalism 5 start but I'll give vault markets 2 stars because of the delay and many hours it took to finally get my issue resolved. 2 stars for the previous poor service i got but 5 stars for Evelyn and her professionalism and good service.

I had a terrible experience with this broker. The spreads are much higher than advertised, withdrawals take forever, and customer support is unhelpful. They also have frequent platform glitches that make trading frustrating. Feels like they’re just out to take your money rather than provide a reliable service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!
