The worst broker ever. I made a withdrawal of R56000. It was approved, but till today I have not received one cent of the money. They sent me up and down to get bankstatments everytime I called. I sent them Bankstatements over and over and still all they could say was be patient the money will get into your account. I’ve been waiting since the 18th of October.

Worst broker ever. Everyone who makes money gets banned from their profile. I made profits and one day later day send me my profits with a letter stating that my trading agreement has been terminated. Not giving me any reason whatsoever. All they tell me is that they have sole discretion upon which clients they do not want. They are milking of people who are blowing accounts but as soon as you start being profitable and cost them money your trading agreement will be suspended. Be aware

The service agent by the name of Caleb really helped me a lot. Most other agents just sent me an email address so they dont have to do any work but Caleb took his time to make sure the query was resolved. Vault markets should give him a bonus compared to the other agents it seems like him and luqmaan are the only ones that get things done

They will just steal your money. I've created and account and was allowed right then to deposit money. After that they asked me to send documents to validate the account. I've sent them 4 times and they just kept asking the same thing. Then, they stated they were not able to allow withdraws for my country, Portugal. So they just kept myoney. Then they said I could withdraw via cripto. Asked me to send documents that prove my btc account After sending all documents to verify my account and my btc wallet they just kept asking for it. Basically they just stole my money. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS

I had a very bad experience with Vaultmaket it's the worse broker in south Africa. If you value your money stay far far away from Vaultmarket.

On the 13th September 2022 I was trading CPI news, I was selling nasdaq and of course the market was selling, this broker just closed all my trades while they were on profits (trades) I have all the evidence and I have sent them many emails regarding this issue and yet no feedback, my mt4 number 331196, I will never recommend anyone to trade with this broker is controlled by selfish people who act criminals and breaking the laws, NOT AGAIN TRADING WITH VAULTMARKETS NEVER.

broker jelek. mereka tidak membayar penarikan saya dengan alasan bertele tele sampai berhari2 tidak membayar. padahal semua sudah dilakukan termasuk verifikasi pembayaran. itu hanya alasan mereka saja agara tidak membayar. sayangi uang anda. jangan sampai diberikan cuma cuma kepada broker anjing ini. broker keparat. pemiliknya pasti preman kampung semoga mereka mendapat balasan karrna tidak membayar profit saya

Thiis broker is sh**.. I'll never use it ever again.. They don't care about their customers and they take their time to respond.. They deckine withdrawals for stupid reasons, they can't take you through the process they just give you very dry response and leave it like that

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! I have many reasons for this. Firstly their system had a glitch the one night where I lost 100k which at first they gave me an effortless response to which showed me they did not care or look into the matter. I have all the data and proof and when I threatened with the FSB which I am in progress with at the moment they then decided to look into it but it's been a month and no feedback so are they really looking into it? Their "BONUS" scheme is a joke, it's a full diversion tactic to make you think you have x amount of free margin but in actual fact it's not even there. I have called them out on this too. Their spread is ridiculously high! Their ONLY payment option is an EFT as clearly no PSP wishes to work with them or they know they will get too many chargebacks. No BTC option either. Website and App is a JOKE...it doesn't save your log in info even though you click the option each time. The only thing that they are good at is their social media presence and luring all these "Trader Gurus" in with their partnership program as they offer very high commissions (I've enquired because I have a database of clients on another platform). Makes sense how they can afford these high commissions with their crazy spreads.

PLEASE DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS BROKER!! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They don't respond to emails within a normal 24-48 hrs like normal companies, instead, they respond with DAYS and don't apologise for any inconveniences. if you care about yourself, you will distance yourself far from this broker.
