Used the deck cleaner last weekend and my decking looks like new. Would definitely recommend!! I've used a few other Azpects products previously and have always found them to work exactly as they should. It's nice to find a landscaping company that produces quality products.

I have just applied EASYJoint Select Platinum to our new Indian Sandstone paving and the contrast and finish looks outstanding! The product was easy to install and point up and it has set rock hard achieving a flawless finish! Big thank you to Lewis for his technical knowledge and installation advice!

Had a problem whereby my Landscaper was blaming these guys. Within 2 days had 2 guys come out & honestly gave me reassurances & explained the situation & how it is. I would like to thank them both & wish every Company I dealt with was like this in a honest & professional friendly manner. Thanks guys & look forward to receiving more the Product info etc.

Stay well away from this product. Looks great for the first few months then the algae starts to appear all over the joints. Then the joints start to crack & crumble and eventually fall out leaving gaps everywhere! This all happened in the space of 6 months! Please guys if you're reading this review avoid this product like the plague otherwise it will cost you a lot of money in the long run! There are now Youtube videos appearing online from many disgruntled customers of this easyjoint product expressing their disgust. I will also be contacting Topps Tiles to try and get this product removed from their shelves as its not fit for purpose! To say I'm angry is an understatement! This product should never have been allowed for sale to the general public!

I would have given 5 stars as its easy to apply and looks great with my indian stone however one tub did the whole patio except the last 4 slabs. Therefore I had to purchase a whole tub of easy joint and only use a small amount of it. The rest will now go to waste as I've no where else to use it. Perhaps it should be sold in different sized tubs to avoid waste.

We’ve used Easy Joint now for 8 years in our business and we get temperatures of -20 here in north of Scotland. Can’t fault it, we’ve used Easy Joint select recently on porcelain and no issues after having -15 so far this winter. If the dig out is done correctly and fall is correct then Easy joint works perfectly. So many people Blame the product but in fact it’s prep that is wrong. So read the instructions and enjoy using a good product.

Lewis, the product support staff member was brilliant. He listened to the concern I had. Explained potential reasons for this. Explained how the organisation would assist with investigation and provided the forms to get the process started. A very professional response and probably the most pleasant experience I ever had when trying to establish a potential problem with a product from a supplier.

I've used this Azpects products many times, no issues. Easy Joint, Grout and sealing products all do exactly as I'd expect. Think problems happen if you don't follow the instructions.
