The three remarkable women on the team truly made all the difference. At reception, Izzy welcomed me with a warm smile and efficiently coordinated my appointments via WhatsApp, ensuring that every slot is managed seamlessly. I would day extremely approachable, and really friendly. Carolina, who conducts my sessions, demonstrates expert care and professionalism throughout the treatment, always making sure I feel comfortable and well-informed. Her genuine concern and personalised recommendations made me feel cared for, and the treatment outcomes have been impressive. She also suggested me great vegetable/fruit drinks as she knows I do gym, and thats where real concern was noticed :-) The third member of the team, equally dedicated and supportive, Bianca who always supports me with time changes on whatsapp, I would say, extremely impressed with the reply time, as its super fast and always comes with possible solution :D She has contributed to a consistently high standard of service. Thanks to the outstanding care and personalised attention provided by these amazing women, I am extremely satisfied with my results. Their commitment to going above and beyond has not only enhanced my treatment experience but also left me feeling genuinely valued as a client. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering hair laser or PRF treatments. On the other side, wasn’t initially prioritised for PRF and laser treatment with Younees, but he quickly proved otherwise. His approach not only exceeded my expectations but was also remarkably friendly. I truly appreciate how his warm demeanour and expertise transformed what I anticipated to be a routine procedure into a supportive experience. I highly recommend Younees because he exactly knows what to do, and is great at his job especially the head massage before laser session.

I came in with a small pigmentation on my nose which really bothered me. I was lucky enough to be seen by Shanna who thoroughly assessed me and provided me with amazing products as well as guidance and support throughout the skin treatment as it was over several sessions. There were lots of options for payment and deals which I found to be excellent value. Shanna was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the procedure and I’ve had excellent results under her care. Thank you !

I have been receiving laser hair removal by Carolina. She is amazing and super thorough in her approach! I have received treatment elsewhere before but did not find the treatment as effective and the practitioners there as communicative. Carolina speaks with me about the difference she is noticing, she pays attention to each individual treatment to provide a bespoke service. Carolina is friendly, knowledgeable and the treatment does not hurt. I am made to feel very comfortable throughout and am happy with my results so far :)
