All the staff here are very welcoming and friendly and I’m always greeted with a smile, whether I know the staff personally or not. I’ve loved having all my treatments here with you guys and hope I can continue with other treatments here at Este London in the future.

I love the fact that every laser hair regrowth session I have is very thorough and doesn’t feel rushed at all. I also always receive advice on hair care along side my treatment. The staff are so friendly and make me feel so comfortable. I can see a difference in my hair fullness and I’m not even half way through the treatment. An extra shout out to Tommy who always gives a relaxing and professional experience.

Had a hair transplant through Este two weeks ago and I am very impressed with their service and care. From my first interaction they have been very friendly and accommodating. Once I decide to go ahead with the procedure, it was booked within minutes and ready for me to travel to Turkey in 2 weeks time. Was picked up by a driver in Turkey taken to my accommodation and then the clinic the next day. Same friendly service continued in Turkey, everyone was professional and making me feel at ease throughout the process. The procedure was quick and painless. Now two weeks later I been back to the Leeds branch for my final wash and post procedure aftercare treatment that I will continue over the next few months. Throughout the process they been keeping in touch with me on Whatsapp either to give me instructions or to check in. The results are looking good so far and im looking forward to see the full results in few months time. I originally really didn't want to travel for the procedure. However, it was so quick and effortless that I am glad I did now. Especially as I also now have all the aftercare treatment at the Leeds branch that should hopefully make the results even better, for the new and existing hair. I have already recommended Este to couple of my friends.

Izzy is truly a gem!! I went to Este Medical Group Edinburgh looking for laser tattoo removal and had a pleasure to meet Izzy for my first session of the treatment. She was so professional, kind and patient e with me and all her knowledge and understanding put me at ease. The whole process went so smooth even though the treatment itself can be a bit uncomfortable. She took the time to make sure I was doing okay during the whole session as well as explained to me how the tattoo removal process works and providing me with all the information and after care needed. I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with my experience. If you are looking for a place to go and get some treatments done I definitely recommend Este Medical Group Edinburgh.
