My young daughter has alopecia areata (patchy hair loss) and has been having treatment for it with Este. The staff there have been amazing with her - so kind, they really put her at ease. The exciplex treatment has really helped grow the hair back on the patches of loss. It's painless, quick and she doesn't mind having it done at all. Highly recommended!

Review for Este Medical Group I have to say, the aftercare service at Este Medical is the worst I have ever experienced. Once your treatment is done, they completely drop the ball — no follow-up calls or emails. You’re left having to chase them down via WhatsApp, which is unprofessional and frustrating. They constantly push treatments on you, and if something doesn’t work or you suffer side effects, they refuse to take responsibility. Instead of addressing the issue, they sidestep your concerns and waste your time. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind — go elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Este clinic Glasgow. The staff, both Amanda and Kirsty were especially helpful taking care to ensure all my questions were answered regarding the treatment. I look forward to my next visit to Este clinic!
