I would like to say this company has an amazing reputation, one which i was told about and gladly got to experience 1st class customer service which i was astounded by as i travelled to the Manchester branch to get scar treatment and laser resurfacing done and im over the moon with the care of both the front house team and the practitioners especially Fereshteh! She's been amazing and very helpful and is always there with a smiling answering my dumb questions but i got no faults to say about this branch and if you need treatment these are the guys to see!.

In my recent visit to the Manchester branch I was greeted by Fareshtey. I went in for laser hair removal. At first I was a little apprehensive because she wasn’t who I usually met, however, I wish I had met her sooner. I had a couple of issues that Fareshtey was quick to resolve. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome during the whole session. She was extremely knowledgeable about her work and even explained how things worked. I walked out of Este Medical feeling extremely confident. I look forward to seeing her in my remaining sessions.

The customer services I received from the staff at the reception was excellent. Then I was introduced to AJ. Straight away he put me at ease and we spoke about upcoming treatment that I would be undertaking. I’ve been bottling this hair transplant for years. With AJ knowledge of the procedure and explanation I have decided to go ahead with the treatment. He’s honestly great! I would advise anyone who’s thinking of booking a trip to turkey to speak to AJ first!

Kanupriya has done the IV drip for me today and it was really good and also Arzu staff she has done my last two IV drip , Arzu was amazing and I am hoping to see Arzu again on my next session she was very helpful and mostly Arzu was very experienced and I would highly recommend everyone to take their service , staff here are very nice and helpful

Yulia is so amazing!!! She’s the most kindest and sweetest therapist I have met. She really makes me feel at ease and comfortable. I use to have really bad anxiety with needles when taking blood for plexr and Yulia made me feel right at ease. I always look forward to seeing her and Aleena every month.

One of the best thing I have ever done was to get my treatment from Este and the staff are absolutely brilliant you just go wrong.

Kanupriya did an algae peel on my knees and she explained the process thoroughly before the treatment. She made sure that I was ok throughout it and gave me after care advice as well. I highly recommend Kanupriya! 😊

I am going to manchester clinic for chemical peel and led treatment for my acne. The experience was great. Fereshteh was really amazing and guided me each and every step. Will go next week again for my treatment.

Fereshteh at the Birmingham branch has been absolutely fantastic at making me feel comfortable and at ease when getting my laser done. I have been having my upper lip, chin, bikini and upper lip and under arms done. She explains everything so well and is super friendly. I am so happy with her service that I have recommended 2 friends to come. I was so anxious to get Laser done but she made it all ok.

Kanupriya was really nice. She did exosomes. She was very professional and friendly at the same time, explained everything in detail about the treatment, history, effectiveness and how the treatment will work. I did not feel any pain during the treatment and everything was great. Highly recommended
