Today I had my 3rd PRF session. I am extremely happy with my results so far. Yulia is always so lovely and makes me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She is very professional and knowledgeable about what she does, and takes her time to answer all the questions I have. I appreciate that she always checks that I am ok throughout the treatment. I came in for fat freezing today, my therapist was Irina, she was bloody 😁amazing, she went the extra mile, firstly after my treatment she massaged the area that was getting treated, I explained that i have had this treatment done before but no one ever massaged it, she explained that it was apart of the treatment, after that she recommended a better treatment, Morpheus 8, which would give me better results, it will cost me a little more but this is what you should expect from everyone that works there, to ask you what you are interested in having and why, so they can recommend what will work best for you, after that she recommended I scan the QR code in reception which will help me collect points to the Este app which in return will help me get money of my products, I was planning to stop coming to Earl’s Court as it is very far from where I live but I will be making more appointments in the future as I feel like someone really care's, I met the manager today he was very helpful too, I want to add that Mariam has helped me with getting the best deals and I will always trust her judgement 😊 Kiki Sehmbi
