Kanupriya did my hydrafacial and red light therapy. Absolutely loved how my skin felt! She was so professional and explained things very well.

So I've been coming to Este (Birmingham Branch) for the last few months. I suffer from eczema and the flare ups on my face were getting worse and leaving me red. After trying so many things I came to Este as almost a last resort. After the initial consultation with Harj, who was very informative, listened patiently and warm, she suggested going for LED treatments for atleast 12weeks. 6 weeks takes to get results but because of my condition to give extra weeks. Sadly, after the 12 weeks my eczema and face had not gotten any better. Having spoken to Harj again, she was determined to try everything before letting me go, so decided to try near infrared LED and pairing me up with a therapist, Fereshteh who had expertise knowledge in nutrition, as the issue could be from the gut. From day1 Fareshteh was so warm, listened to all the issues I had and very informative. She was empathetic with my condition and she made me feel like I wasn’t alone, almost very sisterly. On the first day, she advised magnesium and ACV which straight away helped with my sleep, she asked me to text her my food diary for the week so she can figure out what foods I am eating which may potentially be a trigger for my inflammation. She has given me a list of what foods I should eat and what to avoid which I have been following diligently and whilst the skin will most likely take time to heal with the LED, my insides feel much better. She has asked me to text her whenever I feel confused in what to eat and not and she will reply, which she has done even with my inconvenient late night texts because sometimes that’s when I become free. I feel confident because she’s very knowledgeable in what she does and whether or not this makes my skin better, customer service has been 100% from Fereshthe, I can’t fault her in anyway so thank you so much for caring.

the staff here are amazing at ensuring you’re receiving the best treatment, as they have great knowledge about what they’re doing, and they’re also so lovely! rita and fereshteh in particular always make me feel at ease during my treatment and they never fail to create a comfortable environment

I would only recommend frusta she is amazing I always wait even if I have to wait weeks to get an appointment with her. I am extremely fussy and I cannot trust anyone with my treatments. I have had treatment with other specialists but no one can beat her I would recommend her 💯 always be safe it’s your body and face it’s worth the wait
