I’ve visited Este Medical and used the unique servises there. I met with my therapist, dear Shirin, such a wonderful lady. As I am not much socialise person but Shirin makes me so comfortable since my first visit. she tried to help me as much she can which makes me confident enough to go for my hair treatment. I am glad that I met such a pure hearted person. If she was not there I might not go for my hair treatment. Shirin has fantastic customer skills and beyond to ensure her clients are well-informed. Been using este medical for a few years now, I came back after a while for a hydro facial. I had a lady called Esra who was amazing, one of the best hydro facials I’ve ever had. She gave me advice, really took her time and made sure I had the best experience possible, I’ll definitely be back to book in with Esra again. I also wanted to say a massive thanks to Alina, she’s amazing, really helped my mother with her decision on what she wanted, she took her time and explained everything well and even when my mum came back on her own, she took good care of her, also took care of my little sister for her first hydrofacial, Thank you both 🙏🏼

10 Days after my hair transplant, I have just completed my 'last wash' at the Leeds branch of Este. The whole experience has been very pleasant, I will now start the red light laser sessions to ensure healthy growth of the new roots. I would like to say a big thank you to Azar, who has been fantastic from start to finish, always very welcoming, helpful and kind. Would highly recommend all at Este.
