Ordered a director's service address service. All fine except that the email confirming the address I can use had a typo in the address. This has cost me a fair bit of delay and effort to resolve now. It's a simple service that ultimately wasn't delivered very well as a result REPLY TO REPLY If this is a template that's been used 15k times then I'm glad I can help by being the first to point it out and hopefully you can correct it. I've sent an email to your customer service forwarding your email to me with the typo in. Here is an extract (I've removed my personal details): "The address you can use is: xxxx xxx Limited - Please confirm the name of the Company to be registered here 5 Bayford Square London E1 0SG" Now, isn't there a typo in the address??? Lower down in the email, you have the address again but this time it's: "Ghost Mail – London Customer Service Tel: 0200 002 0135 Web: GhostMail.London 5 Brayford Square London E1 0SG" I hope this is of use.
