Staff are rude and not helpful!

Staff are rude and not helpful! Worst customer services ever! Filling a complaint with the Ombudsman. Haven’t received the service I paid for. They do have the time to reply to their customers reviews but not to solve their issues! Aslo ID was also provided. I can prove you have received my ID. You should train your staff better! Not even to mention breach of GDPR! No securities question asked at all before disclosing information about my account over the phone.

Terrible idea for use as business address

Terrible idea for use as business address, when I set my account up with them I had to provide ID, several months later they email me to say they dont have any of my ID and would like me to provide it again, only this email went into my spam, I did not see it, instead of calling me they just returned all mail to sender. I checked my inbox and found that I had in fact sent my ID and they have lost it. Terrible business and its clearly run by a bunch of half wits, of whom all need a customer service course.
