So far so good. Haven't had to use the mail service yet but the address is really reasonably priced and emails are answered quickly.

An excellent service, "real" people at the end of the line, always ready to understand and help in any way they can. Not noisy, pushy or self-congratulating, never putting on pressure to buy unwanted services, but ready to offer you the ones you choose and serve you to the best of their ability and always with a smile! Simply good, honest service where the customer counts - a gem of a company for this day and age.

Excellent experience so far. Great onboarding and first mail arrived surprisingly fast. Friendly and efficient staff. Writing this to prevent people falling into the wrong hands as I'm aware of at least one other firm out there that will dissappoint. Thank you Guys!

1 small letter costs about £9 they will charge you twice the price of a 100g large letter first class (around £5), which is absurd because it is for 1 letter, they will charge a handling fee of £2.5 (or you can pay more for the high volume mail), they will open your mail and then claim that they need to use another packaging to enclose your mail (£0.29), and then don't forget VAT so in total it becomes £9
