I also like that the direct debit option was so easy to set up. It is one less thing to have to worry about. Interaction with your employees has also been a pleasant experience. Dan Johnson, in the marketing department, was especially friendly and personable. The one thing that remains to be seen with Justenergy is how much it will cost to keep my apartment cool in the height of summer. If this is affordable, then I will certainly be staying with Justenergy.
