Good, but more dry ice needed. Not acceptable for anything to be partially thawed. Despite what they say, everything should arrive frozen at these prices!

I purchased filet mignon and was given a gift of their beef patties. I have to tell you that I HATE every beef patty that I have bought....until now! I highly recommend Chicago Steak Company's beef patties. I have not had the steak yet, but if the patties are any indication of quality, I know I will be pleased.
