Excellent experience! Quick service and so easy to use!

They seem to have good prices and customer service when you call. I have two problems..1 Their contact with my vet takes too long with minimal follow up. 2 Hard to track shipment and status. Pending and or Completed doesn't tell me a lot. Need email when shipped with link to carrier. Did get email that it was delivered. No problem with refill other than tracking/shipping info. My dog is taking heart medicine so if it is not going to arrive in time I need to make other plans.

Order delay, not their fault - fault of distributor - but customer service stepped up and was kind and communicated the delay to me. Would definitely recommend and will use them for my dog's continuing need for glaucoma drops.

I've been buying from VA Rx for years, and they consistently go above and beyond the call. This last time they were having a problem contacting my vet for a new Rx on our flea/tick/heartworm med. Turned out he had a new phone number but they tracked him down and consistently (and quickly!) returned my calls to keep me informed. The shipping is always fast, and the service is a model of what other companies should aspire to.
