I love the low prices, but navigating website Rx on file and what is available still is confusing. Also I had to re enter all my vets info even though they have been using vet apporved rx without any issues for a year now. I'm not sure if they have changed their website a bit, but this last order required a bit more effort to fill.

Had one issue with a delayed shipment. I ordered 1 lb of Bute - but they only had 1/2 lb containers available - no problem - told them to simply ship me 2 x 1/2 lb containers. Would have been nice if they called me to offer this solution - instead I had to call them. My second shipment was sent out next day - that impressed me.
