I originally chose this pharmacy because of price. But the service kept me from looking for any other pharmacy. Cheryl has always given me service like I was her only customer. I have felt like I was speaking to an old friend with every order. The service that I received beyond excellent. And, the adorable Tennessee accent didn't hurt.

This is a good company, easy to work with and like many internet resellers have significant competition. They have offered to give our rescue 10% off internet prices but we have not seen that followed through. As a rescue we count on getting some help for our adopters where possible. The product is reliable as is the company.

Amazing customer service

VetApproved RX did not receive faxed approval so I had to have VARX call my vet, which delayed delivery by about 2 days. My vet indicated that they have had this problem several times. Website did not indicate all the "required" fields, resulting in it taking a lot longer to complete the order form. Other than these items, relatively easy, exceltional pricing and quick delivery.
