I have been dealing with Vet Approved Rx going on almost 5yrs now, and unfortunately this past experience was not up to their usual standards. After placing an order, nearly a week went by before I decided to look at the status of my order and saw that it was "pending approval". Normally Cheryl contacts me to let me know if my vet's office has not responded to their request to approve a prescription. However this time it seems someone else handled my order and could not be bothered to contact me about the delay. It was Cheryl who got my order processed after I sent a complaining email. I am so grateful that Cheryl is still there, she at least cares about doing a good job.
