Their turn around time on an order is unacceptable. 2x I had a problem waiting over 10 days for shipping.

We have regularly ordered from VetApprovedRx for our dog's enzyme powder (a pricey item), nongrain pill pockets, vitamins and Cosamin. Their prices are very good (haven't found lower anywhere) and the staff are very responsive.

I have been ordering my dogs meds through Vet Approved RX for 3 years now and they always make it so easy to reorder or even change the prescription. They contact my vet and handle the prescription and it always comes in a timely manner. The medication is more than half the cost than what my vet charges and even he agrees that he compete with their prices. I would recommend to anyone who has pets on meds.

They are always helpfull on finding the lower cost Meds. Items come in the mail in timely manner.

I ordered the 16oz bottle of Malaseb shampoo and I received a perfectly wrapped, sealed and intact bottle of Malaseb shampoo! This may not seem like a big deal to those of you in the USA but being a Federal Employee overseas, we're more used to getting boxes full of broken, leaky or open bottles as I have on many occasions from other vendors. Vet Approved RX packaging department should be commended as they went the extra mile by sealing the top of the shampoo bottle in a way that it could not be opened even if the box was drop kicked through the post office. Bravo!

Vet Approve RX Great staff! Very helpful, nice and great to do business with. An added bonus is I live really close to their location.

Vet Approved RX carried my dog's epilepsy medicines at a much better price than my vet's office. It's got the credentials to assure me that I'm getting safe and true medicine. It shipped in a timely fashion. What more could I want?
