Spectacular support for my wife and I when I had a medical emergency in Japan.
A medical emergency while traveling required an emergency operation in Japan followed by support recovering and then medical assistance getting home. The staff were amazing and supportive of both me and my wife. Called daily to assess our needs, they were available whenever we needed them. My welfare was the main consideration.

Go Insurance to the rescue
Essentially long story short Air Canada did not care for our wellbeing and also delayed flights to make matters worse (stayed at the airport for 3 nights). Air Canada did not want to comply and compensate whatsoever for their mistakes. Thankfully Go Insurance were able to refund us the FULL amount of the stay and special thanks to Maddie the Claims Officer.

We have used Go insurance on four seperate trips over the last few years and the process has been very easy with the staff wonderful to deal with. As of yet we have never had to make a claim but if the staff during a claim are as easy to deal with as they are in all applications and medical assessment stages I’m sure there will be no problem.
