my first big trip abroad

I only had to wait about 5mts to be answered. the gentleman was very polite and helpful and I could understand every word he spoke which helps a lot when you have to answer questions on the phone. There was no waiting around to see if I qualified for the travel insurance. it was straight and to the point. very professional.

The process was super easy to sign up and also exceptionally good value vs some other travel insurance companies I got quotes from. I have a pre-existing condition and even that was easy to navigate and after a couple of qualifying questions, it did not impact the cost of the policy.

I had made an error in my insurance details , one quick call to GO , and it was sorted in a matter of minutes. What I though would be a drama and costly , was simple and free to amend.

very easy online site.

well the online site was easy to follow, however I had realized I had selected the wrong region for my cruise after I had paid for it. Upon calling the office I spoke with Rachel who was excellent and helped me out greatly and was able to cancel that 1st order and load in the correct details for me. The payment was reversed the same day so as not to effect my bank account. I was very happy with her excellent work and manner in helping me out. Great job Rachel.!!!

Cranky As !!

Brother died suddenly from a heart attack and 10months to the day they were still asking for different Dr certificates and then they informed us that wont pay claim . Taking to AFCA but has been extremely distressing and they have NO empathy. They were VERY unsympathetic!!! Couldnt have cared less about our situation. Strongly suggest look elsewhere for travel insurance
