So far so good
This will be my third policy with Go Travel Insurance. The purchasing and pre-existing screening is simple and easy. I did need to make a claim on our return from our Euro vacay last year for a lost item. The claim process was pretty streamlined and the Assessor fair. The payment came through very quickly once all questions were answered. I recommend Go and will continue to use them for Travel Insurance for now.

My trip is still a few weeks away and so haven’t had anything to review but text messages asking to review in the middle of the night does not make a happy policy holder might have to rethink insurance company for future trips

Five Stars for Excellent Experience When Taking Out My Travel Insurance
Was very impressed with how pleasant and helpful the Go Insurance representative was when taking out this travel insurance. Also fact my calls to Go Insurance were dealt with here in Australia and not sent to a call centre off shore. When taking out the Insurance I contacted Go Insurance three or four times in space of few hours, as there were questions I had regarding a particular issue. Each time I was able to speak with the same representative. Appreciated that continuity as did not happen at the previous travel insurer I had contacted . Five stars Go Insurance for providing me with excellent service when taking out travel insurance.
