Great Customer Service I communicated by email about my walking shoes where the stitching had failed. I had no idea how old they were and the shop I bought them from had since closed. I was given prompt and relevant advice about their age, whether (from photographs) there was likely to be much wear left in them and the cost and time it would take for repair so that I was able to make an informed decision. I received an email receipt as soon as the firm received my shoes, the repair took less time than was anticipated and the price was as initially quoted. Shoes were returned promptly following payment. I could not have asked for better service - I was kept fully informed at all times. Thank you.
