On their return policy, they first say their products are returnable in 30 days, which most people look at. Then at the bottom of the page, they sketch out many exclusions, which most people would ignore. This is misleading, untill after you make the order and they reject your returns.

Purchased some Farrow & Ball paint from Splat. It arrived really quickly, very well packaged to avoid accidental spillage. The price was extremely competitive compared to other online sellers. The colour I wanted wasn’t available to buy over the counter anywhere near me and to order from DIY companies almost doubled the price! So I was very pleased to discover Splat.

This is an outstanding company. I wanted some farrow and ball paint that had been archived. I needed it in a hurry. My local farrow and ball shop said that it would take at least 5 days to get the paint and that no one else would stock it because it was archived. I stumbled across Splat. They held the paint in stock. I rang them on Friday and they said it could be delivered by Monday. I explained my dilemma and they pulled out the stops. The paint was with me by 11.30am next day on a saturday. And Splat are cheaper than my local stores too! This is exceptional service and Splat will go far as a company with such obvious commitment to customer service. I will use them for all my paint needs now. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff.
