Couldn’t have had a better experience with Splat. I ordered some big brand paint from Splat which unfortunately did not give the finish expected and Jamie could not have done more to resolve this issue for me when I got in touch, from making alternative paint brand suggestions and getting a replacement out to me overnight which arrived by 9AM the following day. I only initially used Splat as the manufacturer of the chosen paint did not have the colour I wanted in stock and I had not come across Splat before but I would now choose to go directly to Splat in the future as the customer service has been exceptional. Just to add, we are currently undertaking a full renovation of our property and have ordered different paints from different manufacturers / suppliers and our deliveries from Splat have been the quickest (next day!) and most well packaged / spill-proofed, think tin lids clipped shut and adequate packaging, unlike some other brands / companies whose products take ages to arrive and have exploded en route! Thanks again for all your help Jamie - I will be back with another order soon!
