Brilliant service from the start!
Right from the start Tim was understanding and kind, nothing was too much trouble. Tim’s knowledge and professionalism is excellent, and I felt in safe hands. I purchased a Teckinetic GTE, and both the ‘test drive’ and the final handover visits were very thorough and informative. Sarah, in the office was also very efficient and friendly. All in all excellent!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, poor communication and disappointing after care and follow up. Would not recommend this company. UPDATE: I have supplied Trustpilot with evidence (hence this review has not been removed as per Recare's request following the original posting). I feel the need to stay anonymous, as a family member unfortunately remains dependent on the company for ongoing equipment maintenance. The dismissive and rather rude attitude shown by Recare management towards customers raising concerns, is clearly evident in the response given below. UPDATE: The response below from Recare has been edited to remove the previous rude comments, and make it look as the company is following up on complaints. It isn't. Potential customers can make up their own minds about who they want to believe.

So far from what I've experienced Recareis the pits and the joke is the care part because they don't. Be careful should you want to return an item you'll get told you can't. Even though in the terms and conditions is clearly stated you can unless specially made. Please don't hold your breathe for a call back chances are your likely to pass out waiting. I'm going to try for a kidney think I'll have more luck
