Hi 👋 I am very pleased with the service however I have not had my result back from my husband glen Saffer’s pcr done yesterday he was inconclusive so you asked to come today again at norwich airport we came before 10 and haven’t been given the results we are leaving at 5.30 in the morning to fly to vietnam could you help us please with the test result kind regards joanne saffer.

Everything absolutely fine once we had located hut. There were no signs from main road telling us where to go so drove around a while before finding it. Better signage would be helpful. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
