Efficient service at Exeter airport for pcr test for NZ .. 8am test and result back by 9pm same day .. only issue was the telephone number that I left messages on for a call back never called back .. and no one ever answers

Well that's be honest about this the whole PCR thing is stressful , but this company delivered , 48 hours PCR, before flight , which included traveling to a hotel ,and staying over night , but these guys delivered good the night before flight , while in hotel results came threw which gave us a peaceful night before flight .this is what it is ,and these guys done there job , well done

Great service and very quick

We required a 3day PCR but none of the Tui recommended testers could comply over a weekend period. On checking our local airport we found you guys. We were tested on a Sunday morning, were advised that our samples would be couriered to a testing lab at Midday and received our results during the evening. We were then able to relax and pack for our vacation.

This was an easy experience. No waiting just had immediate test so out of airport very quickly. Friendly, helpful Staff. Result emailed to me within half an hour

It’s been always pleasure to work with your team. Nice and happy experience we’ve been having. When I had problems with the certificate at the airport, the lady over the telephone, even it was a weekend, she single handed the problem and 15min later amazingly my problem went away. Lots of people were having trouble to contact the labs, but I really think you have a best team in England
