The 1st PCR test came back as inconclusive. That's acceptable, they contacted me and they offered a free re-test, all good so far, still 30 hours before my flight. With 3 hours before my flight I still have not had my results and they are impossible to contact. 30+ phone calls with "all customer service agents busy, please leave a message". Messages left as well and no-one has got back to me. So I'm heading to the airport with no idea whether I will be able to fly. Update - they did eventually call me back and managed to e-mail me the PCR certificate before the flight.

The person who first checked my paperwork and the other chap who did the Covid test were both very professional in their manner and made the procedure a first class experience. It was far better than I have had to endure on more than one occasion in Spain.

Kind friendly and professional, arrived a little early but took my test right away Had results of antigen test with in an hour. Would recommend to anyone that needs a covid test before flying.
