I did a PCR test on the 18th of March to fly on the 20th. I got the results less than 24hrs. I checked it thought it was OK as I am now an expert on that. We travelled from Norwich to Heathrow for our journey to Africa. My wife and I were refused boarding because our PCR certificates were reading lateral flow test instead of PCR. Luckily we were asked to do 4hrs PCR emergency test so they could reschedule us for the next day flight. It costs us £220 + £80 to sleep in Premier Inn. My wife called your office and dropped a message. She was called by someone who said typing error was made. Then refunded £178 out of £256 we originally paid. No one even bothered to apologise for their mistake. I went there to complain when we came back from holiday and ask for my lateral test money as we no longer require it. At the time of this feedback I haven't received or heard from GPDQ office in Norwich

Very efficient system for booking and carrying out tests. Certificates were sent and received vrty quickly. Most impressed with flexibility - changed type of test and refund sorted very easily over the phone. Made a stressful part of travel very easy. Thank you.

My test came back in good time. Was “inconclusive “ and this issue was quickly resolved with a retest supervised lateral flow and refund for difference. Cannot complain.

Easy to book and great service

Staff were very helpful. Explanations were simple Staff were gentle in collecting swabs from the nostrils & throat. Overall experience was fantastic.

Very helpful and efficient service. Provided results on time. They even printed out results for us as we were already en route to the airport. Would recommend and we would use GPDQ testing again.
