The day I went for my Covid test at Norwich Airport, I was nervous and feeling quite anxious about how the process would work, but I found all three GPDQ staff members were very kind and patient, and they worked together as a good team.

everything was great. However, I never got a confirmation email (nor a payment receipt) when I made and appointment (and paid) online. That was a bit worrisome.
