Friendly and extremely efficient process throughout !

No fault from the friendly staff; quick and efficient and check in was simple. Only issue was the price of the test - £40 each. Annoyingly the certificate wasn’t even checked when we got to Marjorca as they only scanned the self declared Spanish health issued QR code from the app.

I was very happy with the service.The staff were very friendly and they made my dad feel comfortable.They were very welcoming and efficient.The results came back in time.The only suggestion I can give,it will be easier if the results document comes as a pdf to make it easier to print a hard copy.Thanks

Testing was fast, friendly and hassle free. Confusion over the email address where the results were sent resulting in us not getting the results before the flight, even after asking for assistance twice.
