The service was excellent and the staff was very professional, competent and friendly. Results were efficiently provided, however, the timing of providing those results should be noted before a customer selects a testing appointment time. This would ensure their receiving the test results in a timely manner and when needed.

Very easy to book, directions & signage needs to be clearer at the Bournemouth Airport site. The staff were very friendly & out you at ease.

Once I purchased the PCR test and paid for it, I received notification that if I booked the time after 12:00 the results could take up to 48 hours. This information should have been listed before you sign up for the test. We went to the Norwich Airport earlier to make sure we had the results in time for our flight from Heathrow the next day. The staff was fantastic and we would highly recommend GPDQ to other travelers
