Frustratingly, we (a family of 4) had 6 tests with GPDQ returning 3 "inconclusive" results. Yet we all had negative tests, on first attempt, with a different provider. ie Two (2!) "inconclusive" results for my daughter and I initially, followed by yet another (1) "inconclusive" result for my daughter the following day meant that we were unable to take our original flight to Morocco. We arranged a 4hr test at Gatwick Airport for my daughter which was negative. By then, the validity of other family members' tests had expired and we had to buy two (2!) further tests to get to Morocco on a later flight. Use a different provider if you want to get a definitive result! *UPDATE* Generic response from GPDQ "support" "...Your claim has been reviewed and unfortunately we are unable to refund you for the previous tests booked with us..... By purchasing Covid-19 testing from GPDQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions. If you would like to re-read this please visit {webpage} under section Disclaimer." Unfair. Does nothing to address the additional costs caused by their incompetence.

The location of the test centre was obvious as we entered the terminal building at Exeter Airport. We were early and the charming young woman who greeted us reminded us that although they would be happy to do the test right away we needed to be sure that the timing would still be right for our outbound flight. The “swabbers” were polite, calm, sympathetic and efficient. We were given a ticket to get out of the car park without paying and our test certificate was emailed before midnight - a 14 hour turnaround. The only criticism was the cost. It was £99 each.

We arrived early but were dealt with straight away. Prompt courteous service and it didn’t hurt a bit! Added bonus of getting voucher for the car park.

We booked and paid for pre flight PCR's in advance of a holiday . The government subsequently changed rules & there was no requirement for the test . I contacted GPDQ for refund and they issued it immediately. It is so reassuring to deal with a reputable professional company that do the right thing . Previous experiences of prepaying for covid / pcr's has been horrendous with other companies refusing us refunds . Victoria was very kind and helpful .

Easy to book, however didn’t get one of the test results and had to telephone and chase this up. Very difficult to get through on the telephone which took many attempts to speak someone. Sent an email but didn’t get a reply. Very expensive for a travel requirement.
