Great follow up, easy to book

I booked with them twice, both were great experiences. I booked through zip cube with Kush for a room in London. The first time was amazing and it went through smoothly. The second time I booked, I booked the room I got last time but it was unavailable, and as a result we got upgraded to a better room which was more expensive AND we didn't get charged for it. Thank you Kush for your help!!!
