Useless - no booking when we arrived
I turned up to my Zipcube office booking at Regus, Cambridge, to be informed that they had not accepted the Zipcube booking, even though I had a nice confirmation and reminder from Zipcube. I then called Zipcube, but they failed to call me back. Then, when I finally got through, they blamed Regus, and then failed to even apologise. Their solution was to cancel my booking and refund the money. Ironically, Regus found a booking at the same office for less than half the price of ZipCube. The moral of this story, book through Regus directly for 30% of the cost of these Muppets. (Just in case Zipcube responds to this review with "We called you and sorted the problem," refunding me after not returning calls until I chased you several times at 10:30 for an 8:30 booking is not a solution. You cannot blame Regus as we booked through you!)

Useless
My experience was absolutely in line with the fellow reviewers. Listed an unavailable property, had 0 communication from the property owner through the app, got a phone call from the staff member who tried to hike the price, saying "obviously, you won't find anything like this for that much". Well, chap, if it's obvious, then perhaps your company shouldn't have that listing on the website in the first place? Update: I found a meeting room after hours in the city centre within the price range.

Don't pay extra to be able to cancel you booking!!!
Paid an extra £20+ (can't remember exactly) for a room booking to be able to cancel if I needed to, as that seemed quite likely, bringing the booking to £90 for 3.5 hours!! Other than that, no other mention of cancellation policy was mentioned either on the email receipt, when I logged in & there's nothing about their cancellation policy on their website. Imagine my surprise then when I had to cancel the room, the day before, & the 'cancellation policy' comes into effect. No info about whatever the 'cancellation policy' is on their website anywhere... I mean I understand that there is a policy for late cancellations, but I was not shown it anywhere, have not seen it anywhere & have not been able to find it anywhere. Nothing, other than the fact that I spent extra to be able to cancel, without penalty I thought. So yes, pretty pissed off that I've just lost £90 for nothing.

Booked a £200 room, overcharged £550
I booked a meeting room for £220 for 3 people for a day. I was informed by the Founder that this room had been double booked and I was offered an alternative. I was not however informed that this alternative came with a £550 price tag for the day, which I was subsequently billed without my consent.
