Trying to get a hold of customer service to claim a battery warranty (confirmed with manufacturer and was advised to go back to retailer it was purchased from). Returned emails and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Website appears to be working. Seems a little shady to me....

Wow, what a great deal, not to mention free shipping! This place is a gem and their customer service is awesome. Before my order was shipped they emailed making sure I had ordered the right catalytic converter for the engine family of my Mazda. Most places will not do this. Which sucks because it is very important that you purchase a cat that matches your engine family or else you won't pass the smog. Well that wasn't a problem for me thanks to oscaroparts.com.

They accpeted my order without stock. Needed a few days to come back to me to confirm they had no stock and cancel the order. The email said that I would be refunded for the parts only, not shipping and needed another week to get my cash back... Cashflow problems to order again and get the repair done.
