The part that I ordered was the right one, despite the delivery discrepancy from FedEx I rich out to customer service department and they were able to faword another part while they resolved the delivery problem with FedEx. I will recommend this company to any one, thanks Oscaro Parts.

Had I known you were a parts reseller and the part would be coming from Texas instead of California I would have bought the part from Tennessee for 10% less and had it here the same day or earlier. I do however appreciate your Veterans discount which is why I ordered from you.

I have made several purchase from Oscaro. And every Time I've received my order was very prompt shipping, quality parts packaged very well and undamaged upon arrival however I've recently seen a spike in prices on their website. For the same parts at a different company they are anywhere from 20 to $40 cheaper even with me paying for shipping cost. I truly can't say anything negative about the company or my experience other than the recent increase in pricing, I don't see very many promotional offers is far as percentage off or dollar amount off. To truly be compellers I believe you need to offer a quality part at a very competitive price. And offer the customer service that people may need.

Ordered an injector for my 2001 Nissan Xterra - 3/3L ordering process did hot offer a choice between Black; Blue; Orange or Yellow dots which all came in the Vehicle at different times. Did not also mention what color Dot was on the Injector - I ordered it and turned out to be Black which is NOT what I needed ( Yellow dot) - so I ended up sending it back for a refund - was not able to get a Yellow dot injector even with you customer care people working on it. Waste of time - Both yours' and Mine

the parts that i ordered are all great quality, at least the ones that made it to my house were.i ordered 5 items 4 were delivered but the ups website said that the fifth item was delivered when very clearly it was not at my house. otherwise very good products and will definitely be shopping here from now on.
