I purchased a part from this company. It was the wrong part. I called company to get refund. I received the letter and then they were supposed to send me a bar code form so I could return the item. They said it would be done in 24 hours. Still waiting for this to happen. I got on company web-site to voice my concerns, but so far no one has responded to my inquiry. I would like for this to happen asap.
