Absolutely horrible service..paid express overnight shipping ..its been one week and I still do not have my tie rods..called Monday Tuesday Wednesday and was lied to by the "customer service rep" who did not follow through by simply emailing me my tracking number..oh wait it doesn't exist because they never shipped the parts..if you want your parts on time by the promised date that you paid extra for dont order from this incompetent company

The inside door handle on my 1995 GMC broke off in my hand & i couldn't get out. However I did roll the window down & opened the door.I went on line & found your website but figure out which one to buy ( part # did not match), so I called. The gentleman I spoke with told me which one to buy& I was done in no time. I received the part two days later, it fits fine , looks great, but most of all it OPENS THE DOOR !!!! Good job . Thanks . we found oscaro online was the best price for our part, ordered it when our mechanic said he couldn't find the part in Delco brand. so we ordered it, and a few days later it came to the house. the car is now back on the road, running better than it has in a long time
