I ordered rear shocks for a 98 4runner 3.4 limited. They sent me the wrong ones. Not even close. No problem, i'll return them. They informed me I have to pay return shipping because I did not talk to anyone when I ordered i only used the internet order page? I said, well I gave make, model, eng size, etc, all that was asked. He said I should have done a part search through the VIN instead? I said your website gave either option didn't say I had to VIN search it. Either way I have to pay shipping for THEIR error. Won't be buying parts here....ever.
