Failed to delivery on an urgent Saturday Delivery (£28)

In most cases, a boiler part is ordered urgently. I ordered friday for a saturday delivery for this reason (and paid approx x3 more for it). I then received an email from them saying I wouldnt receive it until monday, so I went out to buy the part locally on saturday. What followed was over a week long cat and mouse game trying to trace the part they sent and get it returned for a refund. At the point of writing, I am still waiting for a refund. If you need a part urgently, I strongly recommend using someone else.
