Excellent service, next day delivery. Exact replacement part. Boiler up and working.

The components were shipped by Royal ail to Australia where they disappeared into a black hole. Australia Post advised they were overwhelmed but could not provide any delivery date. They media suggested items would not be delivered or take at least a year to clear. After a month Boiler Sales offered to dispatch replacements. I arranged for these to be collected and delivered by DHL. This was an inconvenience to Boiler Sales but they provided full assistance - at no charge.

Quick, and reliable. Pity the p&p was about the same price as the part itself, but that's life.
