servizio pessimo, ho ordinato e pagato la bicicletta il 10/06/2020 con tempi di consegna 15-20 giorni. Bicicletta spedita il 30/07/2020 e non ancora pervenuta ad oggi 08/08/2020. Ho dovuto affittare un'altra bici per le vacanze. Il corriere mi ha avvisato che se non sarò a casa alla consegna causa vacanze dopo due settimane di giacenza la rispediranno al mittente. Quindi chissà quando arriverà la bicicletta.

DON'T BUY. its like you wait for nothing. U pay,then 3 months later. The time u email them. Then they respond quick,and said that the bike ASSEMBLE date is this .and bike will be sent 2-4 days after. So,u wait , and that day came, and they will email you that the bike assemble is on another date and will be sent 2-6 days .DONT BUY DONT BUY. in the end,the bike that i bought for fathers day .didnt arrive. And i dont have any gift . Trust me. BS price yes its low cost. But the bike will not arrive.

Updated 05/08/20 .. I have updated my stars on this as after care finally has kicked in so thank you for restoring my faith .. I have gone from 1 star to 3 stars and it’s all for the great help of Robert Hofer I have to say the place has not helped themselves selling items they do not have in stock , hence the bad recent reviews, and I’m sure when COVID slows off and bikes are back in stock their ratings will go back up to 5 star .. Delivery Slow 1st customer service poor Got bike finally and was quick once they had in stock so thank you Bike had a couple of issues but Robert Hofer helped fully so after care perfect A+ thank you I was going to delete the below but it’s a true review of what happened , but thankfully Robert Hofer helped turn this from a negative to a good positive. The site actually showed other sizes out of stock so I assume they have this . One week later I contact shop , they do Email back , the bike is in stock .. it will be another 4-5 weeks to build and ship !! Really !!! I chase and chase and chase and nothing , so I email CUBE directly and explain this place is making me NOT want my CUBE , this is now 3 weeks later and out of the blue but I assume it was CUBE contacting the shop for me , they tell me .. Oh my bike is still NOT IN STOCK and maybe within the beginning of next week and then it will be treated as priority.. So beginning of next week has come and GONE .. I have chased to the point I really DONT want a CUBE anymore (almost it took me 3 weeks to decide this was the bike for me ... so much I’m more annoyed this place is making me regret wanting a CUBE ) The shop has given me a bad feeling on buying a CUBE mountain bike now .. Think I will just ask (will I get ??!?) for a refund if no reply today and Never buy from here again nor waste my time on a CUBE , and sadly it’s not CUBEs fault ... But the experience of this place has directly made me feel I want either NO bike or never to buy a CUBE :-( Ps Sorry Cube but if this is how the shop Is DONT SELL TO THEM !! Ho acquistato una bici Cube sul sito “mhw-bike.it” in data 7/6/2020, pagamento con bonifico il giorno successivo. Diverse mail scambiate, ma sempre la stessa risposta, ovvero di attendere 15-20 giorni lavorativi per la spedizione. Oggi è 9 Luglio e ancora niente. Non acquistate nulla sul loro sito, poco seri e trasparenti.

Abbiamo ordinato due bici e siamo ancora in attesa di riceverle perchè non c'era disponibilità a breve termine, in questo non posso per il momento criticarli. Ma abbiamo richiesto delle fatture con una serie di dati per 8 volte di seguito e c'era sempre qualche dato mancante o scorretto, nonostante venisse loro segnalato. Al telefono non rispondono. Servizio clienti pessimo. Non rifarei l'acquisto da loro.

Aggiornamento del 28/08/2020 ✓ Mtb ricevuta in data 28/08/2020, bici perfetta , prodotto ottimo. Spero possiate migliorare i tempi di spedizione, visto che ci sono voluti 3 mesi esatti!!! Metto 2 stelle in quanto ordine concluso. Ho ordinato la mia bici in data 29 maggio ed attualmente non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Capisco il periodo Covid, ma non è giustificato. D'altronde non rispondono nemmeno alla mail di richiesta informazioni. Servizio pessimo Sperando che fino alla fine riuscirò ad avere la mia bici. Vi aggiornerò non appena avrò una risposta o quando riceverò la bike.

Pagamento effettuato in data 26.05.2020 dopo oltre un mese continuano a rinviare la spedizione e ad ogni mia email rispondono con ritardi continui di una settimana. Ho richiesto lo storno del pagamento. Ditta ridicola e incompetente. Evitatela!!!!!.

Bici ordinata il 15/05, da sito dicono consegna in 10-15 giorni lavorativi. Mando una mail il 08/06 mi dicono che avrebbero spedito dal 24/06, mando una mail il 25 per sapere il numero di tracciamento e mi dicono che la spediscono dopo il 30/06.... chiedo di annullare l ordine e non mi rispondono. Affidabilità 0%

Capisco la situazione caotica che c'è in questo periodo; capisco il volume esagerato di richieste che arrivano in poco tempo ma è inaccettabile aspettare più di un mese per ricevere una bicicletta! Se avete maggior carico di lavoro mettete più personale e rispettate chi ha pagato da più di un mese senza ricevere nulla. Oltre a questo agguingo che l'assistenza clienti è inesistente: ho mandato diverse email e non ho ricevuto risposta...ho chiamato più di dieci volte e mi hanno risposto solo oggi dicendo che bisogna aspettare altre 3 settimane. Mi sono fidato di un'azienda che all'apparenza sembrava molto affidabile ma che si è dimostrata non all'altezza. La stessa bici che ho comprato veniva venduta allo stesso prezzo su biketester.it ma con l'aggiunta dei costi di spedizione...ne è valsa davvero la pena non aver pagato 30€ in piu?!?

Ho ordinato una Mtb il 05 Maggio (ordine 557469). ho chiesto una pronta consegna e mi è stato detto di cambiare modello, ho aggiunto 100euro e cambiato modello. Dopo qualche giorno arriva una mail: la Mtb sarà spedita dopo 10-12 giorni Lavorativi 😡. Ho chiesto di annullare l’ordine! Per il momento nessuna risposta 😡 Martino
