This was not my first purchase from Heritage and I don't have any complaints regarding their service. The service was fine and the parts sent to me timely. It was the cost that got me. A little plastic high/med/low knob was 16.52 plus tax and the shipping. Thought that to be a bit much.

For a part on back order, it was delivered in the time frame that was quoted. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was very good, also.
