Very prompt in getting the order out. The reason for 3 stars is the outrageous pricing on freight. OMG, for 5 small faucet disks, the freight charge was MORE than the product. They fit in a small envelope (less than a pound) for $26? The only reason I shopped with you was because you had the product. I have now found someone here in town.
