I love my ring, I love how you can put it on any finger. Most of all how it has my mothers passing date on it, I feel it’s a beautiful way to honor her. I miss her terribly the ring kinda gives me a sense of peace.

I received my ring in a well packaged box, which not only contained the small ring box but also a certificate of authenticity. The ring is like a cuddle on my finger and I absolutely love it. Engravened on the inside is my late husbands name. Which means the world to me. Thank you Hope Rings.

I had an issue with the colour on the hug ring I purchased- I emailed the company, and within minutes Stephanie got back to me - and asked for pictures - I sent the pictures and she had reveiwed and sent out a new ring, all withing a matter of 10 min. Great great customer service

The rings I ordered are beautiful. After I placed my order I had a change of what I wanted for engraving. I reached out and they were kind enough to make the change. I do wish the engraving was a little bigger.

Had I known at the time this ring was coming from China and not the USA I would have never ordered it. The ring is pretty but the engraving is hard to read. It took almost a month to receive. I have ordered from others on line and it never took this long. Will not be ordering in the future.
