great customer service and product

My husbanded passed away 2 1/2 years ago. I have a picture of his arms hugging me from my back. This hope ring looks exactly like my last hug from him! This ring is beautiful! I love it. It is exactly as described! My only complaint is that it took a Very long time to arrive!

The delivery time was a little slow but I understand the rings are made to order (presumably in China). BUT when I contacted the company to chase my order they were lovely and really helpful. As fate would have it the ring arrived later that day via Yodel. I am surprised at the poor reviews as may experience was good I would order again as the ring is lovely!

First off the rings excellent quality, showcasing such a beautiful inscription, made my daughter's 19th birthday so meaningful. Secondly, she has not taken it off ❤️
